Both the ceremony and reception are at the Yacht Club. The ceremony will be held outside. Please prepare for all weather conditions.

We ask that you keep your phones off during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We want our guests to be captured by our professional photographer without their phones in their hands. During the reception - please take as many as you like BUT we ask that you refrain from posting pictures on your social media, that include the Groom & Bride, before they get the opportunity to. Please respect this wish as a guest at our wedding. Thank you!

Please see section titled "directions" We recommend the south route on I-77 through Boliver and Zoar on 212. It is the easiest route to follow.

Yes, please park in the gravel lot on the South side of the Atwood Yacht Club.

Yes! A block set of rooms in the Candlewood Suites in Carrollton, Ohio has been arranged at a group discounted rate. Please see the accommodations page for more information.

In Progress... We are looking into option for rides to/from Carrollton after the reception.

There is no required dress code however the groom and bride kindly ask that you dress in formal attire in fall/warm tones.

The fall weather in Sherrodsville in Oct ranges from high 40s in the evening to the low 70s/high 60s during the day. Scattered clouds are typical with a light breeze.

Yes! However, only one additional person may join you as seating will be specifically set up for our guest count based on rsvp's.

In progress... The cocktail hour will offer a hors d'oeuvres and beverages. The main main will include salad, two options for a main dish, two options for a side dish, bread and butter. Please indicate your dietary restrictions in the RSVP.

There will be drink tickets that guests will be given upon arrival. After those are used guests can order drinks from the bar that will be part of the venue.

The groom and bride have opted to do a honeymoon fund because we have six kids and are poor 😄. However, simply joining us on our special day is such a blessing to us!

The wedding itinerary will be posted on our website one week prior to the wedding. Specific information regarding the Big Day will be privately shared with guests from Chris or Jenna.

Please be prompt. Our wedding ceremony at 4pm however please keep in mind that we are willing to be flexible on the wedding day if weather or unexpected circumstances occur.

The Yacht club closes at 11pm we will likely wrap up sometime before that. More information about an after party will be posted the week before our wedding.
